Terrazzo Speckle

Terrazzo Speckle scatters small ivory dots across a grass-green ground, like the flecks in a terrazzo floor. The dots are tufted a few millimetres higher than the ground, so you can feel them underfoot and they cast tiny shadows in low light. It is a cheerful rug that lifts a plain room: under a white sofa, in a child's bedroom, or beside a kitchen table where a darker rug would feel heavy. Hand-tufted in 100 percent wool, it has a dense pile that springs back after furniture is moved. It comes in 4 × 6, 5 × 8 and 8 × 10 ft.

Tufted near Jaipur, where workshops dye wool in strong, clear colours for modern designs. Each dot is tufted by hand before the green ground is filled in around it, which is why no two dots are quite the same size, and the finished rug is sheared twice to set the two pile heights.

In India: dispatched in 2–4 working days and delivered by courier in 3–5 days. Delivery is free on orders over ₹20,000. Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹1,00,000: pay 25% online when you order and the rest to the courier.
