Terrace Stripe is an indoor and outdoor rug with bars of ivory, charcoal and oat, woven flat by machine in polypropylene. It can be left out on a covered terrace or balcony through the dry months, hosed clean and laid back down once dry. The simple stripe sits well with teak, cane and metal garden furniture. It also works indoors in a kitchen, a dining area or a mudroom where spills are frequent. It comes in 4 × 6, 5 × 8 and 6 × 9 ft and as a 2½ × 8 ft runner for a balcony or a garden path.
Made in Panipat on flat-weaving machines. Polypropylene does not absorb water, so the rug dries quickly and resists mould, and the flat weave keeps it light enough to roll up and store indoors through the monsoon or winter. The edges are bound with the same yarn so they do not fray outside.
